I was impressed by the quality of the construction. It doesn't have the wobbly wheels I've seen on some hand trucks. The only reason I didn't give it a 5, is because I bought it to use as a garden cart, thinking the holders on the back would be perfect for small garden tools. That proved to be true, however it was not clear from the picture or the description that there is a metal post that extend up in the center of the portion that would normally be slid under the edge of a piece of furniture. Because I didn't get it to move furntiure, it was easy enough to overcome this particular feature, but it would have been nice to know before I bought it.
